  • What should I do if I need to change or cancel my order?

    To do this, please send us an email, a Viber/what’sup/telegram message or contact us at +78129547687 and indicate new details. Receive a letter confirming that the corresponding changes have been made to your trip. Get a new voucher by email.
    One-way travel details can be changed no later than an hour before the commencement of travel, and hourly booking details can be changed no later than 24 hours before the commencement of travel.

  • When will I know that my order is confirmed?

  • How do I recognize my driver at the airport/railway station?

  • What if my plane is delayed

  • What should I do if my flight is canceled or delayed?
